자유학기제 주제선택활동 ‘라이프스킬로 배우는 성 톡톡’ 교사직무연수에 대한 교사 인식과 만족도

초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the perception and satisfaction of middle school teachers of the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education who have participated in the ‘Life skills based sex education program’ training, which was the theme selection activity of free semester system, in order to provide basic data that can be used to explore effective management methods and policies for teachers training of the free semester program. We employed a cross sectional design and convenience sample of 155 middle school teachers. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, χ2-test, independent t-test and ANOVA using SPSS program 23.0. As a result, the average score for the teachers' perceptions of this training was 4.84 points out of 5 points and the satisfaction score was 4.89 points out of 5 points. In addition, the correlation between teachers’ perception and satisfaction revealed positive correlations for both basic courses(r=.693, p<.01) and advanced courses(r=.610, p<.01). It suggests that the more positive the teachers’ perception, the higher the satisfaction for the training. This study has significance in that it is a training program that was designed for the middle school teachers to operate the Theme Selection Activity of the Free Semester System on their own and that it succeeded in grasping the teachers’ perception and satisfaction on the training.
