The subject of the study conducted a Sobel test after conducting the three steps proposed by Baron and Kenny (1986) on 209 college students participating in Pilates in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. As a result of the analysis, happiness played a partial mediating role in the effect of physical self-concept of college Pilates participants on life satisfaction.
