초록

With increased globalization of the world economy which led by lowering trade barriers of World Trade Organization, domestic firms as well as enterprises around the world are under fierce competition. Under the circumstances, global logistics strategy plays a vital role in gaining compe-titive advantage against other companies.The study aims to examine how the global logistics strategies have effects on the business performance. Employing questionnaire survey with 150sheets returned we can draw some conclusion as follows. Firstly, there is significant relationship between the factors of the global logistics strategy and the characteristics of the global logistics strategy.
