강원 지역의 노포(老鋪) 현황과 특성
Current status and characteristics of long-established store in Gangwon-do

초록

Objectives: The purpose is to examine the current status and characteristics of long-established store in Gangwon-do. Through this, we looked at the meaning and content of Gangwon-do's food, and ways to utilize it strategically. Methods: Long-established store in Gangwon-do was conducted as of March 2020. Gangwon-do's Long-established store survey was conducted by dividing it into 7 cities and 11 counties in consideration of Gangwon-do's administrative districts. Based on this, preliminary surveys by region, basic surveys, and in-depth interviews with business owners were conducted. In addition, the contents of reports from 54 domestic media companies were investigated and the results were reflected as much as possible. Conclusions: Long-established store in Gangwon Province led the operation with its makguksu and dakgalbi being its signature dishes. And after the Korean War, food from the North Korean region played an important role by the displaced. Next, it is closely related to military facilities. As Long-established store in Gangwon Province is closely related to the revitalization of the local tourism industry and the local economy, it is necessary to develop it intensively.
