(탈)상품화와 (탈)가족화를 중심으로 본 가족정책의 변화와 한계: 프랑스와 독일을 중심으로

초록

This paper analyzes the characteristics and limitations of family policy in the context of welfare and labor market policy focusing France and Germany. Because both countries show rapid progress of familization and defamilization policy. By applying comprehensive frame of defamilization - (re)commodification - decommodification - familization, this paper found that the break occurs among each area despite development of policy to ease burden of care. Especially, this paper shows that the effect of expansion of family policy will be limited unless it is accompanied by the improvements structure in labor market. This result implies that the direction of family policy in Korea should include welfare and labor beyond the family.
