초록

The purpose of this study is to measure the fitness, difficulty and categories of the questions in the Education & Training Program satisfaction test by using the Rasch model. To acheive this goal, the researchers restructured the satisfaction test which is formed of 55 questions and five-point scale based on the Kirkpatrick's evaluation response and modified the evaluation category and questions of Kim, Joohyun's(2008) and Lee, Sungheum(2005)'s precedence research. The test was done there 3times according to the subject numbers of 26 researchers who participated on the OO education. the result of the satisfaction test was evaluated its appropriation of the questions difficulty, fitness and categories by the Rasch model. By analyzing the result of the subcategories question fitness and difficulty, 16 questions and 2 essay questions were selected and suggested the short version test which was formed of 18 questions and the limit of this research.
