초등학교 교사의 스트레스가 교사역량과 개인적 성취감에 미치는 영향 : 성별 간 다집단 분석

초록

This study was to examine the direct and indirect influences of teacher stress, teacher competency on personal accomplishment, and explore multigroup differences of these relations on gender in Korean elementary school. This subjects were 375 elementary school teacher. Measure of the teacher stress, teacher competency, and personal accomplishment were administered. It was found that teacher stress had negatively direct effects on both teacher competency and personal accomplishment. Also, teacher stress had a negatively indirect effect on personal accomplishment. Moreover, as a result of multigroup analysis, there were no significant differences observed on gender. Therefore, to improve personal accomplishment, teacher competency must be enhanced. And to enhance teacher competency, teacher stress needs to be relieved.
