IT기반의 융합형 콘텐츠를 활용한 스마트 전시 시스템과 모바일 해석매체의 효과성에 대한 연구 - 청와대관 관람객 연구 사례를 중심으로 -

초록

Ultimate goal of Cheongwadae Hall recontextualizing project was to turn the gallery intoa smart exhibit system utilizing IT as well as to enhance the visiting experience by offeringdigital interactive multimedia and mobile interpretive methods. After the reformation tookplace, the degree of satisfaction increased while the variation of viewing time was unclear. Based on the results of measuring exhibit’s attracting power and degree of satisfaction,contents displaying lives of Cheongwadae (Presidential office, Photo booth with president,Choengwadae virtual tour) were very positively evaluated. These are some implications onthis research : first, there is a meaningful correlationship between the degree of satisfactionand attracting power. second, the effectiveness and essential value of mobile interpretivemethods depend on usability and the interaction between visitor and mobile interpretivemethods. Lastly, smart exhibit system deployed in Cheongwadae Hall have failed toimplement seamless visiting model. The problem lies not only in smart phone applicationcontents being unsuitable, but also in marketing issues discouraging users from using theapp. This research bears significance for being the first study to introduce the concept ofseamless visit and that of smart museum based on interaction modalities using mobiledevices and diagnoses both the effectiveness and the possibilities from empirical andmuseological perspectives.
