중강도 저항운동이 여대생의 체력 및 에피네프린, 노르에피네프린에 미치는 영향

초록

Hormones are important endocrine organs, which are formed in many organs, and function not only in a certain organ, but also work together with each other collectively in a body or antagonistically. In this respect, the study aims to improve physical strength and help provide care for health of women college students, by proving how resistance exercise affects women college students’ physical strength and epinephrine and norepinephrine. In methodology, the subject of 18women in their 20’s was divided into control group(9 persons) and resistance exercise group(9 persons) on a random basis, and 12week exercise(strength: 1RM 70%, frequency: 4times a week, duration: 60min) was administered on each group, which resulted in the following conclusions;1. As a result of the 12week resistance exercise, both grip strength and sit-up were found to have a statistical significance in the effect of interaction depending on group and measuring period[F(1.16)=5.82, p<.01], [F(1.16)=23.33, p<.01]. 2. Back strength exhibited a significant difference in measuring period[F(1.16)=15.70, p<.01]. 3. Although the value of epinephrine as a hormone tended to decrease to some degree as time went by, it was not statistically significant. Therefore, long-term regular resistance exercise lasting for 12weeks is considered to have a positive effect on the improvement of women college students’ health and physical strength.
