블록체인 전자선하증권 수용에 관한 실증연구: TOE-UTAUT 통합모형 적용

초록

Blockchain electronic bills of lading, driven by the Fourth Industrial Revolution, havethe potential to greatly improve transparency, reliability, and efficiency in transactionsbetween remote locations. This study aimed to analyze the factors that affect thewillingness to accept blockchain electronic bills of lading for shippers and shippingand logistics companies. To this end, the survey questions were structured throughprior research, expert interviews, and preliminary surveys, and 1,800 copies weredistributed to a list of member companies including the Korea International FreightForwarders Association, Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency, Korea Shipowners’Association, and Korea Small and Medium Business Exporters Association, and 260copies were collected over a period of about two months. As a result of PLS-SEManalysis of 254 copies of Smart PLS 4.0, excluding unfaithful responses, data integrityand accessibility had a significant impact on performance expectancy, top managementsupport had a significant impact on effort expectancy, and absorption capacity had asignificant impact on performance expectancy. In addition, performance expectancy,effort expectancy, and facilitating conditions had a significant impact on acceptanceintention performance, but external support did not have a significant moderatingeffect in this relationship. Therefore, this study presents specific strategic directions topractitioners and policymakers in the trade and logistics industries by comprehensivelyanalyzing the complex factors involved in the process of accepting blockchainelectronic bills of lading.
