청소년 사회적 책무성 척도 개발 및 타당화

초록

This study aimed to develop the Social Responsibility Scale(SRS) for adolescents. The scale was consisted of four sub-factors(i.e., ‘caring’, ‘gratitude’, ‘community spirit', and ’leadership’). Participants were recruited to validate the reliability and validity of the SRS. Participants (N=293) were used to generate the factors through exploratory analysis. It resulted in a scale of four factors which contained ‘caring’, ‘gratitude’, ‘community spirit', and ’leadership’ dimensions. Second, confirmatory factor analysis of the scale(N=293) yielded four factors (‘caring’, ‘gratitude’, ‘community spirit', ’leadership’). Third, a convergent validity was supported through correlations among the SRS and students' social competence, peer relationship, flourishing, subjective-wellbeing, and school satisfaction. Implications of this study were discusses in terms of educational settings.
