텍스트 네트워크 분석: 사회적 인식 네트워크(socio-cognitive network) 분석을 통한 정책이해관계자 간 공유된 의미 파악 사례

초록

The aims of the study are to introduce 1) the method of text network analysis applying network analysis and 2) what the methodology of text network analysis may have implication for policy sciences. For these purposes, we discussed the usefulness of text network analysis through applying an empirical case. First, this study introduced text network analysis generally, and second, we argued that the methodology of text network analysis can contribute to policy process in terms of grasping the shared meaning among various policy stakeholders. Finally, as a case to represent the usefulness of the text network analysis in the policy studies, we analyzed socio-cognitive network which constructed from text of several stakeholders related to IT industrial policy, and derived methodological implication. In the case analysis, we examined degree and between centrality, and modularity for detecting the shared meaning among various policy stakeholders.
