Opioids, with their potent effects and ease of modification, emphasize the need for effective analytical methods. Biological samples have different metabolic processes that impact detection periods. The selection of an appropriate sample and effective purification methods is of significance, based on the analysis's objective. The analytical instrument also determines the analysis time and detectable substances. This report analyzes the effectiveness of methods in drug detection and measurement.
