스마트 다수사상자 중증도 분류 프로그램의 수용성 및 활용 영향 요인 연구 - 서울소방학교를 중심으로 -

초록

This study evaluates the acceptability and satisfaction of training utilizing "MediBase," a smart mass casualty triage program, analyzes differences in perception based on learners' background variables(position, training curriculum, medical certification), and identifies key factors influencing field application capability. A cross-sectional study design was applied to 301 firefighters(240 in the basic training course and 61 in the specialized mass casualty course). Survey data collected immediately after training were analyzed using IBM SPSS 26.0 with descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, independent t-tests, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. First, the overall satisfaction mean was exceptionally high at 4.76(±.39) out of 5, with Cronbach's α=.938 confirming excellent internal consistency. Second, there were no statistically significant differences(p>.05) in perceived acceptability by medical certification, position, or training course, confirming the program's universal applicability across all job roles. Third, regarding factors influencing field application capability, "ease of use"(β=.418, p<.001) and "educational helpfulness"(β=.452, p<.001) exerted a strong positive influence, whereas theoretical understanding did not show a significant impact. These findings suggest that intuitive, User Experience(UX)-centered design is a more critical determinant than technical expertise in enhancing field response capabilities, and this study serves as foundational data for advancing ICT-based fire education systems.
