물류 아웃소싱 동기요인이 포워더 유형 선정에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

초록

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to present implications by analyzing what type of forwarder is selected by the outsourcing motivation factor of shippers. Research design, data, methodology : This study divided logistics outsourcing motivational factors and types of forwarders such as small and large, and domestic and global, general and specialized. A questionnaire survey was conducted targeting practitioners who had experience in business relationship with forwarders. Logistic regression analysis was used to test the research hypotheses. Results : It was found that shippers who pursue freight rate reduction as a motive for outsourcing prefer domestic companies, SMEs, and general logistics companies. Companies that promoted outsourcing to focus on core business had a high preference for domestic companies, large companies, and specialized logistics companies. Shippers with the motivating factor of lack of logistics capacity tended to outsource to foreign companies, large corporations, and general logistics companies. According to the motivating factors for service improvement, it was found that outsourcing was preferred to domestic companies, large enterprises, and general logistics companies. Conclusions : Overall, the preference for logistics outsourcing factors was found to be higher in domestic companies, large enterprises, and general logistics companies than foreign companies, SMEs, and specialized logistics companies.
