저개발국가의 보건의료 부패: 북한의 의약품 유통을 중심으로

초록

North Korea is to be utilized ‘free treatment’with ‘free education’ as a means of propaganda. Since Kim Jong Un appeared in 2009, North Korea established “Improving the quality of people's lives" and has been supporting to be the goal of national policy in the field of health care as the axis of military and economic route. However, North Korea’s drug distributions in the field of health care contributed to the economic collusion relationship between doctor and patient or party member and doctor. As a result, North Korea’s health care system has been stopped. Finally, North Korea’s health care system appeared so discriminative health services due to economic gap and was placed in the situation that only governance can not be solved. After all, In terms of drug distribution, North Korea’s corruption hae been traditional forms in underdeveloped countries. In order to solve the problem, we have to establish unified policy including North Korea’s health care system and require a new perspective for aid projects.
