초록

We report facile synthesis of water-processable conducting polymer nanocomposites based on icetemplated synthesis of polyaniline (PANI) with a polymer acid surfactant and investigation of their spectroscopic, morphological, and electrical properties as well as processability. By combining the advantages of ice-assisted polymerization of aniline and stabilization by having a polymer acid surfactant, we synthesize PANI nanocomposites with a relatively small feature size and high doping level. The nanocomposites are easily processed in an aqueous medium. The use of a polymer acid surfactant prevents aggregation during processing. The PANI nanocomposites fabricated by iceassisted synthesis with a polymer acid surfactant exhibited superior electrical conductivity compared to conventional emulsion-polymerized PANI.
