초록
As digital transformation accelerates, the field of publishing-copyright demands new academic horizons amid tensions between technological innovation and legal norms. This study systematically investigated the structure of academic discourse in this field using text mining and network analysis techniques. TF analysis revealed ‘copyright’ as the overwhelmingly central concept, with ‘publishing’, ‘protection’, and ‘use’ identified as core keywords. The simultaneous high frequency of technology-related keywords such as ‘digital’ and ‘contents’ alongside legal-institutional keywords such as ‘copyright law’ and ‘regulations’ demonstrated that this field is a complex academic domain tracking the co-evolution of technology and law. CONCOR analysis identified three major clusters: ‘copyright’ as the central axis of discourse (Cluster 1), legal-institutional protection systems (Cluster 2), and industrial-cultural utilization (Cluster 3). This shows that publishing-copyright research forms a balanced academic system with ‘copyright’ at its apex and legal protection and industrial utilization as its two pillars. This study provides researchers with an academic topography, offers practitioners a basis for copyright strategy formulation, and academically justifies the necessity of multidisciplinary convergence research.
