Methods of Designing and Implementing the Risk Management System in e-Finance Service Environments

Electronic financial transaction is becoming more prevalent as the impact of electronic commerce in the daily life is increasing due to the advancing innovation in information technology and network. In particular, Internet banking service is providing more convenience than other electronic financial service since the users can enable financial transaction by directly looking at the screen at anyplace where Internet access is possible [2]. The increase in the rate of intrusion accident, due to the fact that customer information is not systematically managed while it is being internally and attacks incurred by advanced social engineering techniques are increasing, is becoming an obstacle in the growth of electronic financial transaction. In order to prevent the illegal use of such customer information in transaction, this research suggests a system, which prevents the leakage of customer information by social engineering technique such as phishing from the customer side and systematically & legitimately manages customer information through access control by policy and role from the manager side.
