스포츠 상황에서의 개인, 집단주의 척도 개발 및 타당화 검증

초록

The purpose of this study was to develope the Sport Individualism-Collectivism Scale(SCIS) assessing collective tendency of Korean players. The SCIS was set to embody the idea of collective tendency in Korean athletes. It was composed of three factors, vertical/horizontal individualism and collectivism. The result of confirmatory factor analysis with a sample of 272 showed that the items of the SCIS were deleted to 3 factors 14 items, and the second order were proper for the SCIS. This study was carried out in the aspects of indigenous psychology, Korean psychology, and future researches need to address this aspects in a systematic way.
