초록
Researches on performances analysis of companies which adopted ERP system and factors influencing introducton of ERP system have been conducted.. This study presents service quality and system quality on ERP system and verifies how each factor influences the users satisfaction. This study finally verifies relationship among job satisfaction, job performance and satisfaction of system.
