체육교사 유형에 따른 수업운영 인식차이 분석

The purpose of this study was for offering the findings about the physical education class management by analysing the perception of teachers physical education class management. The 135 teachers(male: 88, female: 47) from middle and high schools from Seoul were participated for this study. And the Criteria for Evaluating Physical Education Instrument Programs(Bush, 1983) was used. It had 5 fields that are pursuit of physical education objectives, Leadership(teacher conduct), General class procedures' methods and techniques, Student's conduct and Safe and healthful environment. The collected data were analyzed by two-way ANOVA. The female teachers who were from the college of education had highest level in the field of Pursuit of physical education objectives. And the male teachers who were from the college of education had higher level at the other fields. Therefore, the college of education should insure substantiality and have relationship with leisure sports to have better perception of school physical education.
