초록

The purpose of this paper is to classify the intentional use of the Korean honorifics according to the speaker’s purpose of speech acts, and to identify the perception of the intentional use of the treatment method for Chinese-speaking learners. First of all, by collecting drama scripts and considering factors such as the relationship between conversation participants and the scene or context of conversation, seven types(asking, refusing, encouraging, ending the topic, expressing a position, showing friendliness, and sarcastic) of the use of Korean honorifics were classified. This study is meaningful in that it classifies the various pragmatic uses that can be experienced in actual conversation situations by examining Korean honorifics pragmatically beyond the grammatical and normative level. In the field of education, it is the remaining task to present teaching methods that can pragmatically teach the speech acts that the speaker can perform through it beyond treating the other person.
