국가직무능력표준(NCS)기반 대학 무용교육전문인 양성 교육과정 기준 개발

초록

This study aims to develop curriculum standards related to dance education of Department of Dance in higher education based on NCS, reflected on the field of dance as well to strengthen the connection between the academia and the industry. There are two approaches to solve this purposes. First, an exploration of standards for curricula to nurture college-level dance instructors from the NCS perspective showed that the goal of curricula for dance instruction must be able to nurture talents who can teach based on the field knowledge and theories of dance in various situations. The contents of the educational curricula were to be revealed through courses, which are classified into required courses and optional courses that students can choose based on their abilities. In terms of teaching methods, the capabilities and requirements of individual dance students must be taken into account. The classes must be field and practice-oriented by way of simulation classes, field classes, and participation classes. In addition, the evaluation of the educational curricula must be reviewed to see whether the they fit the educational objectives, with diverse tools being used to conduct evaluation in field, theory, and practice. Second, the effort to develop curricula to nurture college-level dance instructors from NCS perspective established detailed majors in dance, with a focus on education for dance instruction to systematically connect the job competency-oriented educational program with the efficacy in the field. That is, the current study suggested the characteristics and objectives of curricula for dance instruction, and in addition to the objectives, contents, teaching methods, and evaluation methods of the curricula, the study provided performance criteria such as knowledge, skill, and attitude.
