스마트 워크 센터 근무자의 이동업무에 대한 평가와 업무환경에 대한 만족도 평가

초록

With development of IT and communication technology, people are more likely to demand flexible work options. Korean government announced planning of adoption of smart work centers. The purpose of this study is to investigate users’ evaluation of smart work centers and their satisfaction toward smart work and smart work environment. Smart work centers are composed of individual work space, meeting space, rest area, service area, and supporting areas. A total of 235 questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS. Majority of users evaluated smart work centers are very positive or positive. Users preferred completely enclosed workstation for individual workspace. According to demographic characteristics such as sex, marital status, there were no dominant difference in preferred work space except for ambient features. A proper balance between individual work space and supporting service areas is needed. For individual workspace, noise problems and privacy needs to be solved.
