사회복지사의 아동 문화복지서비스 실천 경험을 통한 암묵지(暗黙知) 형성에 관한 연구

초록

This study attempted to explore the formation of tacit knowledge in the field of practice that lasted for a long time without written knowledge in the process of regular education in social welfare studies and retraining social workers. The study was conducted to explore the practical experience of 6 social workers who provided children's cultural welfare services at the community welfare center from the perspective of Dewey, empiricism, and Kolb's experiential learning theory, and analyze the tacit knowledge formation process by general qualitative research. Through in-depth interviews with social workers who have practiced children's cultural welfare services for more than one year at the community welfare center in Seoul, 32 categories, 8 core categories, and 4 topics were derived. The implications of this study were that the tacit knowledge derived from the experience of social workers reflected the characteristics of value-based professionals like a sense and attitude of respect and listening carefully for forming a good relationship with children in the services. In order for tacit knowledge to be recognized as knowledge, it is necessary to cooperate with researchers and practitioners based on a social constructive perspective.
