초록
The purpose of this study is to investigate the management condition, characteristics and management improvement requirements of old apartments in Gyeonggi-do. This suggests implications for the improvement of apartment management system for apartment of non legal management which is located in the systematic blind spot of housing management. The survey was conducted from August 16, to September 8, 2017. We surveyed 501 residents who live in old apartment of non legal management in Gyeonggi-do. The conclusions are as follows: First, a general public relations campaign is needed to improve awareness of the interests of residents' management and the importance of participation in management. Second, it has been revealed that residents are choosing a mixed management method, which oversees the entire management tasks and directly employs and manages cleaning and expenses. Third, in the case of mixed management and self-government, the appropriate compensation and treatment should be considered together to actively participate in their administrative duties, along with enhancing the capacity of the local administrative. Fourth, longterm payment allowances play an important role in the replacement of public facilities and facilities, and the obligation to accumulate long-term allowances is also required in unlicensed apartments. Fifth, what is important in management is the importance of trust between the resident and the managing body and the active participation in care by the resident.
