계량적 판단모형의 적용가능성에 관한 연구

초록

Linear judgment models have been proved to be powerful tools for analyzing human judgments in many areas. This study applied linear models to analyze bureaucrats' decision making. To elicit judgments from individual bureaucrats who participated in this study, this study constructed a judgment task composed of 32 different scenarios. 40 idiographic regression analyses were performed to generate their linear models of judgment. The results indicated that linear models were particularly well suited to capturing essential features of human judgment, thereby revealing judgment policies. It is evident that linear models have great potential of applicability in analyzing policy actors' judgment policies and training for improvement in judgment and decision making in the process of public policy.
