무역계약 불안정성이 구조적 경직성 및 지속가능한 수출성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구: 수출데이터 활용의 조절효과를 중심으로

초록

Amid growing global trade uncertainty and structural changes in supply chains in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, this study aims to empirically examine the effects of trade contract instability on the organizational structure and sustainable export performance of exporting firms, based on incomplete contract theory, and to analyze the moderating role of export data utilization. To this end, a total of 1,800 questionnaires were distributed to Korean exporting firms through both online and offline channels between June 2 and October 4, 2025, and 246 valid responses were obtained for empirical analysis using structural equation modeling. The results indicate that trade contract instability reduces structural rigidity while simultaneously undermining sustainable export performance, and that structural rigidity has a negative effect on export performance. Furthermore, export data utilization positively moderates the relationship between trade contract instability and structural rigidity. By elucidating the interactions among trade contract instability, organizational structure, and data utilization, this study extends the understanding of organizational responses and sustainable performance in exporting firms.
