비대칭 Stilbene 유도체의 고체상 합성

초록

Stilbene derivatives, which are of great interests due to their potent biological and optical activities (e.g.using emitting materials in OELD's and non-linear optical (NLO) materials), were produced via the nickel-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions of polymer-bound stilbenesulfonates with aryl Grignard reagents employing solid-phase organic synthesis (SPOS). This traceless method would be useful for preparing unfunctionalized arene library in solid-parallel synthesis.
