인성교육 실행 기반 학교무용의 패러다임: 소통ㆍ공감ㆍ치유

초록

This study aims to propose a school dance paradigm for the execution of personality education from the aspects of communication, empathy, and healing and take considerations of this. With the increasing educational and social demands for personality education, bills to promote personality education have been prepared. In keeping with this trend, exploring the role of school dance as action plan to execute the personality education without limiting the educational values of school dance only to the creativity will be an important clue to the expansion of educational values of dance education. Therefore, the educational characteristics and educational courses related to the non-competitive physical activities inside and outside of the subject area of school dance are appropriate for practicing personality education and the values of school dance will be expanded and realized based on the execution of personality education. To this end, this study proposed the concept of communication, empathy, and healing that could be pursued as a factor to enhance the core values and virtues of personality education in school dance through literature review and also proposed to shift the paradigm of school dance. Communication, empathy, and healing are essential factors in dance, mutually associated, and coincidental. So based on these, this study examined the strategies to realize personality education in an effective way
