키에르케고어 철학에서 내면성과 사회성
Inwardness and Sociality in Kierkegaard’s Philosophy

초록

This paper explores the extent to which reciprocal sociality can be considered in Kierkegaard’s philosophy. While Kierkegaard’s philosophy centers on subjectivity and inwardness, it has been criticized for potentially overlooking the importance of society, community, or mutual sociality. Kierkegaard addresses this critique by presenting Works of Love. The paper critically examines whether this work offers an adequate response to the discussion of reciprocal sociality. Through this analysis, it becomes clear that the place where Kierkegaard’s presented concept of Christian love ultimately reaches is once again self-relational inwardness oriented toward God. The paper explicates how Works of Love falls short in providing a satisfactory answer to the question about sociality.
