초록

This paper describes stretchable strain sensors that are insensitive to changes in temperature. The percolation network is formed by a hybrid of silver nanowires (AgNWs) with a positive temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) and graphene flakes with a negative TCR. The hybrid of AgNWs/graphene maintains an excellent low TCR of - 1.19×10-4 K-1 over a temperature range of 25°C to 55°C. As for strain sensing, the sensor exhibits a stretchability of up to 50% and a high gauge factor (GF) of ~515.88 (40%≤Δϵ≤50%). Additionally, the strain sensor is stably operable over 2000 loading-unloading cycles at 40% strain. It is experimentally found that the sensor shows similar resistance changes during finger bending monitoring at both 25°C and 45°C, indicating its potential for use in wearable devices. Overall, our approach can address the problem of temperature sensitivity in stretchable strain sensors and pave the way for the development of more reliable and accurate wearable devices. © 2023 IEEJ.
