This study analyzes how different the factors affecting sex life according to the elderly men and women, considering that there will be differences between men and women in sex life. Second, the factors affecting the sexual life of the elderly are examined. The effect of basic demographic differences such as age, income, and educational background on the sexual life of the elderly was compared with previous studies. Third, how the sexual life of the elderly affects the lives of the elderly was examined. We investigated whether sexual life will affect relationships with family, friends, neighbors, etc., and how much improvement in these relationships will affect life satisfaction. As a result of the analysis, men than women. The lower the age, the higher the income, the higher the educational background, the more active sex life and the more frequent sex life. However, the presence or absence of a spouse did not affect sexual life, unlike previous studies. In addition, the sex life of the elderly had a positive effect on physical and mental health, self-confidence, life satisfaction, social activities, and interpersonal relationships along with income. The older males feel higher in physical health, have high self-confidence, and are engaged in many social activities than female seniors. In addition, while active sex life positively affects most daily life such as physical health, mental health, confidence, life satisfaction, social activity, family relationship, neighbor relationship, friend relationship, and relative relationship, the number of sexual activities in the elderly male, the number of sex lives doesn't affect the old men’s life. On the other hand, female seniors have relatively active friendships and relatives compared to male seniors. In the elderly women, the influence of active sex life is lower the elderly men. Also, unlike the male elderly, the number of sexual lives has a positive effect on many daily lives such as mental health, self-confidence, neighbors, and relatives. This results show that sex life has a very important effect on improving daily life and human relationships for both men and women. In particular, it was found that active sex life had a stronger influence than any other variable for the elderly male.
