물류산업이 지역경제에 미치는 영향: 수도권의 시군 지역을 중심으로

초록

This study aims to empirically analyze the impact of the logistics industry on theregional economy of the Seoul metropolitan area. For this purpose, panel regressionand spatial panel regression analyses were conducted for 41 regions in the metropolitanarea from 2010 to 2021. Comprehensive analysis results indicate that key variablesof the logistics industry have a significant impact on the regional economy, and thegrowth of the logistics industry and infrastructure expansion positively influence theeconomies of neighboring regions. In particular, the spatial concentration of the logisticsindustry has a negative effect on the local economy, whereas it positively impactsneighboring regions. This suggests that the logistics industry plays a crucial role instrengthening inter-regional linkages and promoting balanced development. Basedon these findings, this study provides policy implications to enhance the efficiencyof logistics networks and strengthen regional connectivity.
