델파이 기법을 활용한 직업인성역량에 관한 연구

초록

The purpose of this study is to define and to clarify the work personality competency and the universal character, which college students, who are pre-workers, are required to possess in order to perform their jobs in the future. To conduct the research, the draft of the definition and sub-areas of the work personality competency was developed through the expert consultation after the literature analysis. The validity and the definition of work personality were tested with two Delphi surveys, with selected 22 experts. Among those experts, 12 panels are currently in charge of corporate HR and ten panels are from in college employment support system. The definition and the competencies of the composed work personality were verified through convergence, consensus, CVR, positive rate and affirmative rate, etc. The results of this study are as follows: First, work personality competency is classified as the value and the attitude through personal, relational, and democratic civil society areas and as a human personality necessary for a healthy personal and social life as a worker. Second, work personality competency is composed of three major areas(i.e. personal, relational, and democratic civil society areas) and 19 sub-areas. Since there has been only little research conducted on work personality competency of pre-workers, this study is highly significant. It suggests a direction for cultivating and employing talented people with agreed work personalty on the basis of the definition of work personality competency and its sub-areas.
