글로벌 e비즈니스 환경에서 FTA의 경제적 효과와 아웃소싱 간의 관계가 기업의 사업성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구

초록

Growth and expansion of the FTA co nclusion and entry into force of the recent global outsourcing has becom e an important issue in the provision of competitive enterprises. Dependin g on the progress of globalization of world markets firms are planning and executing business activities from a global perspective and to build a glob al network to perform management a ctivities. In addition, the elimination of tariffs and economic benefits through the FTA has been created. In this stu dy, we investigate the impact of struc tural relationships on the country of import and export and economic effe cts of the FTA aimed at manufacturin g companies and outsourcing busine sses competency, business results of the relationship between the level of outsourcing companies. This researc h was surveyed by 121 Korea importi ng and exporting enterprises which a re conducting business in Korea and conducted empirical analysis with str uctural equation model. This study draw following results. Fir st of all, FTA dynamic effect shows positive effect on outsourcint level an d performance in business. Secondl y, FTA static effect shows positive eff ect on outsourcing company capabilit y. Third, outsourcing company capab ility shows positive effect on outsourc ing level and performance in busines s. Lastly, effect on performance in bu siness by outsourcing level.
