The period from 1927 to 1937 is known as the "golden Age" of the Republic of China. The frequency of wars was less than that of the Beiyang government, and the society was relatively stable. This era was the beginning of the enlightenment of modern thought and the development of industrial industry. Shanghai, China in the 1930s, education, journalism, publishing, literature, film, drama and other cultural forms occupied a high position in the Chinese cultural circle at that time. 《Time Comics》 magazine came into being in such times。 In 1934, 《Time Comics 》was founded in Shanghai, China. In 1937, the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression began, and the magazine was closed due to the publication of contents against Japan and the then Kuomintang government. The inaugural activity of the magazine attracted a number of famous cartoon masters and artists, including Lu Shaofei, Zhang Guangyu, Zhang Zhengyu, Cao Hanmei, Liao Bing Brother, Ding Cong, Hua Junwu, etc. So time Comics magazine is "the cradle of comic masters". Lu Shaofei, Shaodian was the chief editor at that time, Yi De this journal in China only one is the first time to create satirical and comic means of cartoon magazine "".
