소아 건선에서 과도한 일광 노출에 의해 유발된 Koebner 현상: 증례 보고

Sunlight-induced Koebner phenomenon in pediatric psoriasis: a case report

초록

The Koebner phenomenon is a well-recognized trigger for the development of psoriatic lesions in previously unaffected skin following physical trauma or irritation. We report a case of psoriasis in an 8-year-old girl, induced by the Koebner phenomenon following prolonged sun exposure without adequate photoprotection. The patient presented with hyperkeratotic erythematous plaques, and histopathological examination confirmed the diagnosis. The condition improved with appropriate topical treatment. This case underscores the importance of sun protection in managing pediatric psoriasis to prevent Koebner phenomenon–related flare-ups.
