청소년의 즐거운 삶 : 무용진로탐색 중심으로

초록

The purpose of this study was to examine teenager's enjoyable life in their dance career development process. so, this study sampled 2 teenager who decided to take dance career and their 2 dancing teachers in a purposeful sampling method and then carried out a qualitative case study. and data collected from documents and in-depth interviews were statistically processed through coding and multi-profiling and then drew out core themes First, based on the confidential relationship with dance teachers, teenagers took interest and had continuous experience in dance, felt worthiness and confidence, and were motivated diversely, thus developing self-efficacy and deciding the career search of dance. Second, via dance teacher's mentor teaching, teenagers had a positive mind of maintaining a steady faith and goal for the future of leading teenager's career path, and satisfied with their life through self-management and immersion in dance, thus increasing their self-identity and self-efficacy and restoring confidential relationship with parents. .In conclusion, Career counsel for considering career development Process of teenagers seems to increase the worthiness of teenagers, induce their self-efficacy, and have effects on teenager's enjoyable life through their immersion in dance and internal/external changes.
