초등학교 무용수업에서 협력교사에 관한 질적 연구

초록

This study focused on the role analysis of cooperative teachers in dance classes in elementary schools. In order to achieve the goal of this study, three assistant teachers and elementary school teachers were selected to conduct detailed and in-depth interviews. The results of this study are as follows. First, the attitude of elementary school students was shown to be highly interested in or satisfied with dance classes. Second, all participants in the study described the importance of cooperative classes. Third, research participants focus on regular prior consultations under sufficient and smooth agreement and coordination in advance, along with smooth mutual communication. Fourth, cooperative classes are needed to educate high-quality classes. Fifth, as a disadvantage of cooperative classes, instructors pointed out the difficulty of conducting original classes in mind of the homeroom teacher, and stipulated a limit on the number of times and budgets not enough to guide children for 40 minutes.
