AHP를 활용한 공공 IT 소프트웨어 프로젝트 위험 요인 우선순위 분석

As the scope of information system projects expands, not only size and complexity but also associated risks could be heightened. Identifying and managing risk factors are emerging as crucial factors in Information Technology (IT) project management, necessitating research studies evaluating the risks in public IT projects. In this study, we sought to analyze the priority of public IT software project members by applying an analytic hierarchy process (AHP) methodology that measures the relative importance and priorities of risk factors in the public IT software project sector. In addition, the project members in public IT software projects were divided into occupation groups, such as managers and developers, to further analyze the differences in the importance of risk factors between the groups. As a result, "scope and requirements" were found to be the most important overall risk factors and differences in the risk factors were identified between two occupation groups.
